Neutral paint FAQs

How to pick your perfect neutral paint shade

Start by considering the room’s lighting; natural light can bring out warmer or cooler tones, so we recommend testing multiple shade samples in various conditions.

Think about your existing decor and furnishings – select a shade that complements or contrasts harmoniously. Pay attention to undertones; for instance, greys can have hints of blue, green, or brown, which can significantly affect the overall look.

Here are some common neutral undertones to consider:

Warm neutral undertones

The subtle infusion of yellow or earthy tones, creates an inviting and cosy atmosphere. These shades offer a perfect balance of sophistication and comfort, making them ideal for spaces where relaxation and connection are key.

Whether you are updating your living room, bedroom, or hallway, warm neutrals provide a timeless and versatile backdrop. They complement a variety of design styles, from modern to traditional, while enhancing natural light and creating a welcoming environment.
