Portland 13 Paint

This ‘cement’ inspired shade takes its name from a commonly used building material. Portland cement was first developed in the 18^th century from naturally occurring cementitious minerals. This mid-tone taupe paint has an incredible depth of colour whilst maintaining a subtle finish.

Perfect in an Interior Eggshell finish for a living room. We recommend pairing with complementary paler neutrals, Paper White and Ivory for a contemporary look. For a daring contrast couple with Plumeria.
